Not that even Tonbridge was exactly "local" but the loss of them, Maidstone and Folkestone leaves us with Cray Wanderers as our Cristmas and Easter derbies. Hardly gets the pulses racing :-(

Went to the match,glad to get rid of them to be honest.you get some decent fans in their bar and the ones that go away but there is always a nasty element with them and that was shown yesterday

That pitch looks like it needs the close season. And I assume that's tape all over the goalposts...or can we have multi-coloured goals now!

Tonbridge do have some odd supporters.

 

Just looking at the potential make up of our division next season, I can see Lowestoft and Bury moving across to the Zamaretto league given Thurrock, St Albans and Lewes coming down and they all look solid Ryman league candidates.

I was by the Lowestoft fans behind the goal until they was told to "fck off up the other end" and the police went steaming in,good riddance to bad rubbish I say

1) Why was the Kinch foul not shown as it should have been straight RED

 

2) The non foul which led to free kick was not a foul.

 

These are not just my thoughts but at the time were the thoughts of the Tonbridge fans around me.

Certainly hope not-don't want to miss out on a Lowestoft trip two seasons on the trot-especially now thay have done alll the hard work and avoided promotion.

 

Who can tell how it will work out at the AGM but is weymouth and lowestoft in the same league really sensible ?

 

Similar to Ashford going west last season to the Zameetto-does it make sense for one of the west london teams to go to Zameretto-Wealdstone for example.

 

Better still -2 London teams-wealdstone and tooting - shunted to Zameretto and Cambridge City come to the Ryman.(then you also get 'localish' derbies for the likes of cambridge/bury and lowestoft)

 

Proper club Cambridge City-and whilst making it tougher for Margate with another good side in the Ryman (and a nice away day)-it strengthens the quality of the league overall
