summer transfers / rumours?

Recommended Posts

When do the FA get round to allocating who is in what league? Should Chertsey go up will they be in the Ryman or Southern? (Haven't Zamaretto stopped their sponshorship?)

The Southern League have indeed changed to a more lucrative sponsor next season, they seem very pleased with themselves but won't announce it until the AGM on 18th June.

The FA usually sort the league allocations out around mid-May, I just hope my own club remain where we are as it's been a good division this season with just 3 or 4 coach trips.

Do you need a bar though? This is not stated in ground regulations surely.Female changing facilities,Disabled access, are more important in this P.C. World surely.,or 100 seats for 40 Spectators, and of course Segregation of Fans is high on the list in C.C.L.oh and nearly forgot an enclosed room for 24 Committee Members pre and post match.

any news on whether spelthorne are def coming into ccl1

also any news on the cody ground?

COME ON VP & GF..................WELL ?

Haven't heard any more on Cody - B/Lea have confirmed they will continue for 1 more season at Godalming so I guess they're still in the running for Cody the season after....

Not sure whether anything is "definite" until after the FA do their annual restructure and the Leagues hold their AGM's at which new Clubs like Guernsey etc are formally approved. But I wouldn't bet against Spelthorne being with us - at least for 2 seasons

2 seasons based on Whitelaws previous post - see below.

The Management Committee feels that all clubs in Div 1 should now be reaching the required standards as laid down by the FA and intends to propose at the AGM that all clubs in Division One must meet the full requirements of Grade G, including floodlights, in time for the 2013-2014 season. In other words clubs would have two more seasons in which to fully comply, failing which they would be demoted. To avoid stagnation, new clubs, who meet the CCL's current reduced entry criteria would still be allowed in, but would then have two seasons from the date of entry in which to achieve lights and all other requirements. As always, everything is subject to FA approval.
