It took me 2 hours to get there and turned up late so had the pleasure of sitting on the bench watching our boys totally outplay CB in the first half. Unfortunately our desire to shoot meant that the CB keeper had little to do. Second half was much of the same for 20 minutes but as we started to tire CB had 4-5 chances to score which would have been disappointing after dominating for so long. Luckily for us we held on and got the point however overall I think we deserved more. We just need to get it right in the final third. A younger strike force may help for next season

I saw the miss of the season at Banstead last night, and it cost us.

There were a few groundhoppers at Hayes Gate last night. It wasn't mentioned that either side had less than 11 players and apparently the score was 9-2.

Interesting. I see that play each other next Thursday at Chobham! Guessing a 6.30pm kick off, will be interesting to see how many and the quality of HG's squad

Both teams had a squad of 14 players, no-one saw red and as far as I recall there were no yellows either. The Hayes Gate front 3 completely ripped us apart 1st half as we went in 6-1 down at the break due to some lazy defending and clinical finishing! Their number 11 (left winger) is probably the best player in the league I've played against all season, some of the stuff he was pulling off was insane!
