24 hours from another ‘BIG’ game at Hitchin!

 

 

Whatever happens at Top Field on Thursday night I think it’s right to say a huge thank you to the players and management who have represented The Rebels this season. At times we’ve been brilliant and on other occasions not so brilliant! We have however secured a playoff place two years running though and that’s no mean feat.

 

 

All of us have got differences of opinion on how we should do things and that comes through on this forum. The common thing that joins us all though is our desperation to see Slough Town do well.

 

 

As long the players walk off the pitch at Hitchin on Thursday having given their best that’s all we can ask for. If that’s good enough to see us through to another final then great but you’ll all be applauded off either way.

absolutely agree 100%

 

all we want is to have a good time and for the players to come of the pitch tomorrow having given it their best shot. whether or not that will be enough to go through who knows but as said it takes a lot of effort to qualify for the playoffs in consecutive years

 

well done all staff and players and best of luck

Indeed, well said Ian, thanks and well done to all the management and players at the club for their efforts this season. It has been a great season, we are in the playoffs once again and whether or not we make it through the playoffs or not, everyone deserves recognition.

Hoping for a great atmosphere behind the goal tomorrow for the full 90 and beyond, regardless of the score, and a performance we can be proud of.
