THANK YOU smudge league tables, results, goal scorers and so on are getting to me today everywhere I look the informaton is different or not updated this goes for club websites to if your not going to update them regularly dont have them coz they drive me mad it shouldnt be down to one individual the whole club should help run their sites and things.........

I think you will find that Ian asked for volunteers ages ago to help update such sites regularly,I would only think that no one from the CCL stepped up.

It's no easy feat trying to run this site and at times I suspect Ian has done it at a loss.Also if you have a problem why not Pm him or contact him in the appropriate manner rather than be aggressive like you have been,people tend to get more when they are nice to people

P.M. Him,no one has p.m ed him more than me,I volunteered my services to him,to keep an eye on things on the Combined Counties Forum.YES HE DOES A GREAT JOB,GREAT SITE,but always look after those that look after you,and your interests.

If you've only just noticed Smudge - you being a "regular" to the site - it perhaps shows that not many use this link to check tables. And in turn that may be the issue. If the person Ian has helping him input this data has let him down, maybe there is room for another helper - go on Smudge, you know you want to

I am very sorry that I have allowed these to lapse.

 

Quite simply I work on the site from 7am to often gone midnight 7 days a week.

 

I cannot do it all on my own - I could do with help from anyone who knows HTML or PHP but any help is in short supply.

 

I will probably remove such tables and info over the summer as I cannot find the time to keep them up to date.

 

Personally however I would like to see coverage of all these tables to increase, but either I need a better system or I need help to do this.

 

We do however have all the scores each day from steps 1-6 of non league football. These take 2 - 4 hours each night to enter, and the typing of the teams another 1 - 4 hours each day.

 

So you can see I have my work cut out.

Must admit, I always go to the unofficial site for CCL scores/tables, but I do use this site for keeping tabs on the Conference/Ryman etc. It's great to have all the scores/tables/attendances together in one place, also the upcoming fixtures from these Leagues too. Thanks for all your hard work Ian, it is appreciated.
