Here we sit in mid table mediocrity (well probably bottom 6 and lets not forget-any other season almost certain relegation from that points tallly).

 

That given-i'd settle for safety by end of march again next season.

 

Putting their excellent cup run aside-could you handle the disappointment that most Dover fans are experiencing tonight (ok-they still may just make it but unlikely).

 

Even making the play-offs is no good unless you win them.And even then-winning them is no good unless you have the infrastructure in place to survive in the next league up-and Margat are way off that yet-so there is no point in going up for at least another season.

This planning thing will drag on to at least Christmas and until thats put to bed once and for all-there are just too many off field distractions within the club.

its the small things that matter to give you slow but steady progress.

For example-it seems we can't grow the lottery anymore because of a shortage of collectors

 

Mid table medicrity again for me please next season-then champions in 2012/13.

 

(winning the odd cup gamen next season would be nice just the same-but i expect CK was told the rules that we're not allowed to progress in cups )
