Hitchin in the play offs

We lost 1-0 today after a very boring match though nethier team had any thing to play for and we had our "2nd" team out with most people playing out of position.

 

Hitchin also lost 1-0 to Arlesey which means we will be playing Hitchin in the semi final of the play offs.

 

It should be a good game as most of the times we play hitchin it has been a great game, personally i would have preffered to play Arlesey.

Took a nights holiday from work because it is my sons 18th birthday but he has given me the nod that I can come to the play off match !

What a terrible game today! Definitely a half-hearted effort from most players in an amber shirt today, with both eyes on Thursday. Bring it on!

Whatever happens, I am sure that it will be a much better game than today's game.

 

We were second best and didn't play that well, but Arlesey did enough.

 

Sounds like you rested quite a few today so will be ready for it. All we have is our experience of last year to draw on. Seven of the side who played in last year's play-off should start on Thursday.
