Where were yours? Agreed there have been 300 on both occasions we've met. Maybe ours couldn't afford yet another away game. It was our fifth in a fortnight you know... and there are only so many times we can dip into our pockets for more admission fees/beers/food/programmes/lottery numbers from Hicksie.

Well believe it or not there were at least 40 known people to me from the Abbey and on reflection probably a few more. yes it was a disapointing turn out from our point of view, we seem to get more midweek. We hope we did most things right though considering our small committee. Our people spread themselves out as well, we are not really known to be singing like fans usually do. We need to promote the club in the town more and maybe we can start to acheive bigger and better things. We are not hanging around anymore though, next time you come you will see more improvements if only small, we have the potential We have to realise it.
