Margate v Lowestoft updates

Wasn't expecting anything today regardless of who is in charge. That applies to our final games too.I find it incredible that others could think any different. For me,this season came to a close once we secured our status, but each game is still worth attending nevertheless.

Next year we begin afresh & it's then that I will be expecting more.

Mmmmm - So much for the Kinnear Revolution - still 10 mins to full time!

Unlike you Pridders - all the same the results says it all. CK was left with a team of players and I would hope nhe knows by now who (if any) he will keep. Lowestoft deserved their win and made us look simple and ordinary. Bring on next season where I presume ALL MFC supporters will BACK the team to the full no matter who they might be.

No lack of effort, just a lack of quality, when you think we got rid of our best players, Marsden, Rogers, Stubbs, Saunders, no surprise really, this is not a reflection on CK, how can it be and I would of thought that Pridders who has told us many times how good HE is would realise that.

Never said anywhere of how 'good' I was mate - never have done, never will do. As ever my post taken out of context - t'was a bit of sarcasm - you can't blame CK he's only been there 2 minutes. Fresh start next season and only then will he be judged.

@BUFC - grown up or man up - 'you stupid tw@t' makes no sense in relation to my post whatsoever - get a grip!

But cookie, do you not think the players should be playing for their future? Proving what they can do?

Did I say it was all over for the players? Its up to them how they play it & how they try to impress.

Not there so can't say-but simply wondering whether thursday nioghts result made for a somewhat downbeat atmosphere today, and it was a downer for directors, supporters ,new manager ;which pervaded itself towards the players.

Will some of the players therefore be less inclined to want to stay at Margate next season ?

I would happily settle for a similar season next season to this in light of the off field struggles)

Until that is put to bed ,i can't see the focus being on the playing side-and i'd take mid table safety again next season-just hope for a glimmer of excitement with a cup run

As i posted on friday-whilst I don't think CK is the ideal choice-100% behind him now appointed-and i do seem to recall that he did play with more than one central midfield player at all times-so it can't get worse.

How any one (IOC and KR ) thinks that you can win a football match with just one player in central midfield is beyond me.Yes i know piinnock is supposed to be there-but its not his position so he is wasted and wanders around aimlessly

If you have'nt got the quality-just pack midfiled with numbers-wilson.langiano and miller-at least you get a bit of possesion and can stop a few opposition attacks
