Nice day. Effort from the players but it did feel like an end of season game on the Eastside.

 

Good goal for us.

I think Kingstonian will have to up their game if they are going to get in the playoffs. They didn't look as good as Canvey.

Not sure about the pen. Someone said it was ball to hand but I couldn't see it so I can't comment myself.

Feel sorry for the poor guy in the Burger Van, he must have been melting today.

Irrespective of that Danny Knowles was fouled well before the incident which you'll see when I upload the clip.

I was by the burger van and there was no way that was a pen,it hit his hand but there was no way he could of got it out the way from a yard,ridiculous

Yet another referee making a silly decision that has cost us imo.

Fairly decent game, im sure the heat didnt help the players running about on the pitch.

Think we couldve easily won 2-1 what with all the chances we had at the end, but overall i think a 1-1 draw is fair enough.

Considering Kingstonian needed a win to keep their play off hopes alive thought they didn't really show enough urgency and at times looked they were going through the motions.
