if u were unable to come to the town show today, u missed out on a great day. I would like to express my thanks to everybody who gave up thier time and helped. It was also a beautiful day and every one chipping together makes what this club stands for. <img src="/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

If only a fraction of the people who said they would come to the FA Cup match do then there will be a good crowd. Here's hoping!

The lady Mayoress did well on beat the goallie as the photos will testify - If we promise not to show them do you think she'll give us a ground sooner?

It was good to see Alan Fenn supporting the town yesterday. Thank you Alan. He did chicken out on beat the goallie but was treated to an exhibition of football by his daughter who won a ticket to watch dad play!

{I'll leave you lot to crack the jokes}!

Andy Hatvani seemed to click with the two old dragons? No accounting for taste Andy!

yeah great day; excellent PR for the club, with so many people pleased to know that their is a football club IN the boro, striving to get back up the leagues.

a number of people joined the club and I believe we recruitd a few new JETS

(got home and fell asleep @ 8:00!)

Just to add my vote of thanks to those who were at the Town Show from start(8.30am)to finish(6.30pm) yesterday.

It was a great PR result for us and our thanks must go to the organisers for agreeing with us that it would be in everyones' best interests to move us to an even better position in the park(next to the VIP's marquee and the information tent).

Over 330 children and adults entered the 'beat the goalie' competition and many more people took note of who we are and what we are actually trying to do for the people of Enfield.

It was good to hear Eric Allan on Radio Enfield and we certainly made a lot of friends with our polished performance.

The ETFC Ladies were also at the park on Saturday and over 300 youngsters took part in the game.

We managed to work with the Scout Organisation during the day and anyone who scaled their climbing wall also received a pass to one of our League games. We did get drinks in return and our thanks go to Ray.

Thanks again to all concerned and here's looking to the next one.
