Stephan Joespeh was our no' 4... Fair report TRS, we gifted Farnham their two goal which were very well taken by BBM, makes up for his pen that I saved last time.

Farnham keeper made five very good saves during the game. We should of been at least 4 up by HT if it wasn't for him in my opinion.

Great grub in the bar after, good luck to BBM and the Farnham team for the remaining games. Had good banter with the FTFC supporters behind my goal second half.

Farnham 2-1 Farleigh

 

Bit of a game of two halves this one. Farleigh were much the better side in the first half, with the home side out of sorts. Farleigh's no.4 gave them the lead early on and the Farnham keeper had to make one or two smart saves to keep the score down. Shifty didn't have too much to do at the other end. HT 0-1.

 

Second half and Farnham came out with the bit between their teeth. BBM getting both the goals and also having a penalty shout late on. Credit to Farleigh who were playing like their lives depended on it (NG, please note!), with the ref having to lecture both Glads3 and Gilesey to calm them down! Farleigh almost nicked a point at the death, with the keeper pulling off an excellent stop. Shifty came up for the resulting corner, which proved to be the last action of the night.

 

Can any of the Farleigh boys confirm who was your no.4 please?

Forgot to say that Dias caused problems for Farnham all night with his mazy runs and long throws! Bit unlucky not to get on the scoresheet.

Yeah agree with that. Mike, our keeper playing his 2nd first team game made some great saves to keep us in it. 2nd half we came out strong and got the goals we needed. Nice to finally get a win infront of TRS! And as you said, i made up for the penalty miss earlier on in the season against you!

 

I told you mate, we might have one of the worst pitches in the league, but you cant beat the sausage and chip butties after! Credit to the Farleigh boys for all staying for food and drink. Its a long way to travel and a late night by the time they get back. Good luck to you boys for the rest of the season.

Sausage & chip buttes were epic... It is a bit of a treck but us boys do like a drink and a chin wag! Especially when theirs hot food on the table.

Total journey time home was 40 mins to south Croydon.

Agree with u trs story of two halves. I believe we should have been out of sight at half time,only for the Farnham keeper having a blinder second half Farnham were the better side we did create and maybe a draw would have been a fair result.good luck farnham in achieving promotion.

Just my opinion which is not worth much these Days,Have you won a game recently with Stefan playing?Much prefer Martin Dell . Likewise Warlingham seem unbeatable again,since Steve Vidal's return, both no nonsense hard working players.That break play up,and you know you have been in a game,when playing against them.Infectious to Team Mates.

So that's why you left Sandhurst then mate? All becomes clear now! All this talk about travelling, etc was just a smokescreen......should have known it was something to do with food as you need to keep that pot belly of yours fed!

Martin dell did play smudge we had a few players missing so Stefan came an helped us out and him and dias frightened the life out of the Farnham defence how we never scored more than 1 credit to the Farnham keeper

Dias and Joseph are too alike for me,both great on the ball,with excellent pace,but neither chase lost causes.Or pass for that matter.
