Well, it's clear that the Directors have agreed that appointing our new Manager is a really excellent plan but in view of some of the doubts being expressed, may I propose that I recall that after careful consideration, the considered view of the committee was that while they considered that the proposal met with broad approval in principle, that some of the principles were sufficiently fundamental in principle and some of the considerations so complex and finely balanced in practice, that, in principle, it was proposed that the sensible and prudent practice would be to submit the proposal for more detailed consideration, laying stress on the essential continuity of the new proposal with existing principles, and the principle of the principal arguments which the proposal proposes and propounds for their approval in principle.

 

 

So does that mean that we have to go to the council for full planning concent, or do we have to have a public consultation first before they approve it in full, in principal, but then ask for another public consultation and a 5500 signature petition before going back to them again for another approval on the approved consent which they approved last time? or have I got the wrong thread?

If he's given time to assemble His Squad & get them playing to His Style (that will take 2-3 seasons).

I can understand why many supporters would see this as a good step,but what would be the appeal of CK to todays Ryman player BD ?

 

Successful manager Gets that extra bit out of his team Players will be well aware of his reputation and will want to play for him do well and progress themselves.
