Still very interesting at the top, sounds like Farnham threw away a lead. Worcester Park march on and South Park bounce back. One out of South Park, Farnham and Bedfont Sports is going to end the season gutted I think.....

Was it a fair result? I've watched you a few times lately, but didn't ever think you'd lose your last two games.

 

I don't get it, because you've some great young players - is it just a confidence thing do you think?

We dominated from start to finish today but just couldn't find the back of the net. FNE goal came from a quick freekick and was the only real chance they had. We have played a few games now where we play well but get nothing. Last week was different and will not say too much about it as I think it was one game when we were poor. Personally I think we need a bit more time together so we can obtain more of our own style of play. The side gets changed every week which is no fault of Dougy just availability and at this stage of the season is difficult. Doug ,Shaun, titch and loop have done all they can and apart from last week I think we have given a good account of ourselves in the last couple of months. A bit more luck would help however.

Oh forgot to say fair play to cb first time this season I've turned up to a game and they've had sprinklers on the pitch definitely helped nice to see someone putting the effort in

Worcester Park 3-1 Westfield

Unlucky to leave empty handed particualy after our first half performance. We took an early lead and had another dissallowed. WP scrambled in from a corner on half time.

2nd half WP were the better side and went ahead on 70 mins before wrapping the game up deep in stoppage time on the break.

New changing facillities are decent and they are a friendly bunch.

Cracking barmaid too . Deffo the best in CCL 1

Heard eversley put out a weak side and played all first teamers in the ressies,, any truth!

 

Really struggling with injuries at the moment. Heard that South Park were very good today though.

 

No truth in the rumour though. Stephen Taylor played as he had work in the morning and couldn't make the South Park meet time. Also Sam Scully played as he can only make home games at the moment (due to running a taxi business).

 

Good game and BS did well to get a draw. Not particularly impressed that no players came into the bar after the game though. This is becoming more and more common in the reserve division.

No Goals,but an entertaining game never the less.The fact that R.P.V. showed no signs of the NICE GUY SYNDROME was pleasing,an excellent Refereeing performance added to the game also,which was played in a good spirit by both sides.The Benches of Eddo,Dobbo,Chertseytown,were on best behaviour,in fact do not remember a swear word being uttered all Afternoon.The match,think overall Chertsey edged possession and chances,but Paul Brady in the R.P.V. had a stormer of a game,some great saves and blocks in the first half definitely kept R.P.V. in it.Dre Grobler at centre back,aided by Captain Dave Mosley,kept the Chertsey front line under lock and key for much of the Match.However Chertsey had 2 great chances,in added on injury time,to seal victory,both spurned,was it nerves,probably due to the added pressure of being where they are in the League.Nice to meet El Gaffer,ViPeR,again.I do like going to R.P.V.Very Friendly welcoming people,and to speak to Chertseytown and Dobbo and put a face to a name was an added bonus.GOOD DAY OUT.

What's to say Dev will not make a move next year off his own back....., And whats to say I would'nt go with him. It is different if a manager goes of his own accord to another club and when he has been stabbed in the back. You seem to jump on a lot of what I say on here Fan and I have noticed that you were quick to jump on Keyff even though he was right and u were wrong... Have u got a problem with me, us, Hampton or are you getting end of season blues....

Dont worry cos it happens at premier level too. Not one Ash player came into the cove bar yesterday and the sandwiches went to waste!

 

I suppose they were particularly upset that they didnt beat 10 man Cove. Cove were reduced to 10 men in the 40th minute when our RB was sent off for kicking out. 2nd half was the same as the 1st with Cove having countless chances to win only for Fish in the Ash goal keeping us out. Ash had a great chance to score with 10 to go but Brad Smith somehow headed onto the crossbar from 4 yds out!

 

Poor showing from the Ash players for not one player to come into the bar! I reckon a fine will be in the post soon!
