egham 0 sandhurst 1

penalty

ref looked at line, lino looked at ref, lino said no, ref said i think so.

One of those ones that you see them given and see them not given. The 'teamwork' between the officials did not help the situation

stoppage time egham 1 sandhurst 1

A flower in the desert. Luke Muldowney scored in the 91st minute off a John Pomroy header, after a decidedly iffy penalty award. See, I can say that and hope I don't get shot down 'cos Terry Collina as good as said so in an earlier post. Brilliant save by Justin Gray from Vinnie Bond, the man whose dive won the penalty he then scored. We played a whole lot better than at Croydon and got the equaliser by doing a Baker, namely throwing forwards at the problem.

Badshot Lea: 3

Cove: 2

Badshot had to replace a couple of players (including keeper) within 30 minutes and were 2-1 down at half time. They came back well in 2nd half. Thought Cove deserved something out of the match though.

Fleet 2 Camberley 1

We gave them a good run for their money. Fleet are nothing special, typical Ryman 1s team. Loads of moaning (more than us!), quite physical (more than us) and great at lumping the ball in the air (more than us). Second half we pushed and pushed but, despite an 89th minute goal, we just fell short. I take it as a compliment that Fleet were being as slow as they could be on free kicks and throw ins during the second half.

Note to players - tonight's ref shows why being sporting does you no good. The ball was caught by Camberley's keeper Foster. A Fleet player was down in the box so Fozzie waited to see if the Fleet player was getting up or whether he should throw the ball out to get the physio on. The Fleet player got up, Fozzy kicked the ball, ref booked him for time-wasting. It was half way through the second half and we were 1-0 down at the time. Of course Fleet accepted the free kick from inside our box even though they knew it was a crap decision.

I'm not one for all this kicking the ball out when a player's down stuff but I can appreciate that players, on the whole, still do it. I don't know why anymore as 90% of the time there's nothing wrong with the player and they're doing it as an act of gamesmanship. It's like shouting 'head injury' when someone goes down holding his neck. It's embarrassing but sadly most of the numpties we have officiating at this level fall for it. The player gets up, grinning, and the refs are too weak to book them for unsporting behaviour.

Some refs are so poor it makes you want to start watching rugby instead of football.

Comfortable win for Frimley Green in the end, 2-0 up at Half-time. FNE struggle to pose a threat on goal. Only shining light coming out of FNE this year is the emerging talent of a young 16 year old striker. ' Josh Mays '. Young lad looks a talent and will move to bigger things for sure. Game got a bit heated at times, through being a local derby.

Wouldn't say the wobbles just all four top teams are running on empty after putting so much in this season

Would have to say that 3 teams are playing for there top 3 spot and missing out would be very hard because there grounds are ready and 1 side is just playing there football with no presure.in sports last 2 game the presure is there for everyone to see because it means so much to everyone at the club.thought it was all over on sat but got a bit of hope after lasts night score.presures back on for sat

Come on the sports
