Horsham, Burgess Hill, Bognor, Whitehawk - i'd be happy with that league!

And this is spot on 'Travelling time and distance at Step 3 and Step 4 don't adequately reflect the level (Its the 7th & 8th level of English football) or the support. Any solution needs to reduce travelling for all teams, whilst maintaining a strong competitive playing standard and allow for adequate promotion and relegation opportunities.'

Although some parts of it make sense, quite how you'd work promotion/relegation into six divisions at step three I don't know. Based on this setup, if Aylesbury won the Eastern League Premier Division, they would surely have to go up to Conference North!
