IF the stadium goes ahead and IF we keep the players we have got, I can just hope that next season will be a good one for us - yes I am an eternal optimist I've been a Blues fan for long enough!

I hate to be negative but let's be honest..is the stadium gunna happen!?

And also I hope we keep about 5 players and get rid of the rest and replace them..I know it sounds harsh but let's be honest if we want to get promoted next year we need to get replace a lot of players

I did have some 'IF's' in the above post and another thread on the forum has similar ideas to myself and posted their views. Promotion may not be next year but I will keep hoping that it will happen someday soon

Yea hopefully soon! Need to get right manager and players in place to even be in contention, and lets be honest, we may not get promoted next year, we probably wont in fact, but lets build a team who can gel together and stay together for a coupel of years and work towards promotion in a year or 2

I'm always upbeat and positive, hence purchase of next years season ticket. There i was planning my 2 hour trip to Hasting picking up a couple of other MFC supporters on the way, entrance fee, Golden goal ticket, pint & burger, nice chat with Directors officials & Manger and a couple of players, spectators and fans alike. (i reckon about 40-50 MFC fans also joined me there-happy to be corrected)

Then bugger me the referee blows the whistle to start the game and everything is down hill. (Which ironically is where the Us ground is situated)

Poor, poor, poor and i have to say poor.

On reflection looking at Stats i had to remind a few fans that our best record todate is without a Manager.

IOC Played 33 got 39 points avg 1.18 points per game

Kevin (No manager should be employed if they are called Kevin) Played 4 got 1 point avg 0.25 points per game

Cloke/Pinns/Wilson Played 1 got 3 points avg 3 points per game

 

Still on the positive side we've got Averley to look forward too!

Footys a funny game as we no but at MFC whatever the team do it does not satisfy people .

CK leads us to sucess in all areas of the game = overall sucessful but goes

RT keeps us up then we just miss out on the playoffs great players in squad jacko pinns how we miss them = overall sucessful but goes

TY don`t no why it didn`t work but TY lovely guy = unsucessful goes .

MB got some stability back in the squad and things were starting to work on the pitch = sucessful but goes

I Oc Kept faith and kept us up , bought in talent steadied the squad and keeps us in the league with alot of off field probs going on = ok not given time so goes

KR can`t say to much at mo but needs to shake squad up for the last few games

 

 

Overall whatever the manager does weather good or bad he is gone the next manager needs time and some promised commitment from the board , there has been two many sackings at the club this is where things are going wrong so full on commitment from all this time
