Not a word on here during the game - hardly anybody seems interested at the moment. Things are pretty desperate if Quain had to play - how many more times is he going to resurface? Why sign O'Brien and then play Quain / Winchcombe instead of him? If he's that bad he should have been left in the Kent League. How many games since Welford scored? Must be some kind of record by now.

Thing is, like it or not, Twitter is an ideal mode for updates from a ground. You only have to send a text (which for a lot of people means no cost or a couple of pence a time).

was dispairing on twitter....:wall:

Maybe when all the squad members are available (no suspensions or injury) we will have a chance to get the team together that will play as that..these guys have not had much of a chance to BE a team. we still have a couple of games left to the end of the season for them to get working together. I have paid for my season ticket for next year - maybe next year will be our season to shine? Have some faith boys!!!!

the crap we have played at home resently would have looked like championship winning footy compared to the crap we played today , was the most woeful game of football i think ive ever seen Margate play and i have seen some sh.. but today was sh.. . If it was not for Curtis at the back then it could have been 6-7 from Hastings . We only had 2 attemps on goal and they were from Tom and Shaun in the last 2-3 mins .

Unaceptable from the players no passion no will to play football from them . Shaun should look for another club not because i want him to go because i don`t but he deserves better from his so called team mates , he has no one supplying him at all and he spends half his time on the wings doing what his team mates should be doing crossing balls over but there never there to supply him because its pimms oclock and they need to rest abit .

Whoever comes in as new manager needs to bring in at least 7 new players but his 1st job is to keep SW , CC , LB , WW , TB , CR . Build around these guys and we may get somewhere but im not expecting to much next season but it has to be far far better than this .

Very angry .

Do not generally like posting negative thoughts on here but today as Andy says we were woefull.

There was no passion from some senior players and to be honest the one player who really put the effort and passion in today was

Andrew Miller.

We should keep him as he is one for the future.

also hate slagging off players but they are the ones on the pitch not us

forgot Andrew Miller , had a good game but he`s a new signing with something to prove

Well if the players can't be bothered as was the case today then maybe we should not bother turning up to support theml! Oh and can we get a proper manager please. We were so poor we made Hastings look like Brazil. We may have been missing key players but there are no excuses for such an inept performance.

That was appalling yesterday. Certainly not going to bother with our final two away games, and have very little enthusiasm to even go to the home games. Season can't end soon enough

Couldn't agree more with your comment and those of other posters.

Passion,Commitment and Desire were sadly lacking.

This display was embarrassing - mostly sub 'Kent League standard' players just going through the motions.( Apology to Hythe and Herne Bay )

How some of this squad can turn up,perform ? and then collect their wages is beyond me.

Results do not lie - neither do home attendance figures this season .

Overall - pathetic.
