Can you remember the good fun you all had on your adventures around the Home Counties and eventual success in lifting the Cherry Red Trophy two years ago, well, as the league were somewhat upset at losing out to White Ensign, albeit they are a good old Sarfend side, we are planning a two prong attack on reclaiming this highly prestigious award , Basildon United and Waltham Abbey are the candidates to bring off victory ... so that's where the Bees are.... but, I suspect you knew that !!!

Yup, I spotted that the Bees and the Abbey were in the Cherry Red some time back. Didn't want to mention it at the time because all those Basildon people that visit this forum would have thought I was taking the p*** out of them.

You've got to fancy their chances, but all those Intermediate League clubs enjoy getting one over a senior team.
