Just wondering a couple of things if anyone knows.

 

1) Who is our new goalkeeping coach? Someone said he was from Windsor

2) Will Charlie Fanner's injury rule him out for the rest of the season?

3) I know John Lawford's left, but not seen Gumbsy for ages - has he also left?

Overhead Charlie saying he was out for the season. Done something with the tendons in one of his fingers.

 

Jacko is also out I believe due to his knee and is awaiting an op on it according to his twitter.

1) i also heard he is from Windsor but dont know who he is. Steve Perkins (injured?) was taking warmup yesterday presumably because we are short of coaching staff

 

2) Charlie seemed to think before the game yesterday that he will definitely be out for the rest of the season. not sure where that leaves us in terms of goalkeeper cover now that the deadline for signings has passed.

 

3) presumably Gumbsy has left. not been around for quite some time but may be other commitments

I'm sure I'd heard from someone that Gumbs was doing some scouting work for us. Hope he's still with us.

The guy warming up Bully is probably Craig Turner who was also working with him when at Windsor.

I'm guessing we still hold Ricky Perks Southern League registration, so i'd think he could be an option if he agreed to come back and Bates needed to persuade him back?

Didn't know John Lawford had left.Where's he gone and why did he leave?

Steve Perkins would be an ideal replacement,given his experience and knowledge.

I agree, Steve Perkins has a lot of experience and would fit in well in that role. Or even get Wilko back to replace Lawford

According to Anderson's twitter, Lawford couldn't dedicate the time needed anymore so unfortunately had to leave.
