Didn't go,spoke to someone just before half time who said we were all over them,spoke to them just before the end who said we should of had a couple of penalties but weren't really playing well

Too many points being dropped against poor sides for us to make the play offs which are slipping away from us week by week to be honest and unless we win all our remaining matches I fear we will miss out

One of the penalty decisions was so poor that even the assistant ref was shaking his head.

Dominated the game without really cutting out too many clear chances.

It's going to be difficult for Hornchurch to get to the playoffs now.

Don't think Darren had any saves to make, I think they had a couple of shots wide.

Three decent shouts for a penalty but in truth we just cant seem to put the ball in the back of the net when chances present themselves.

 

We were by far the better side but goals win games and points make playoffs and fear we will come up short on both accounts.

To be honest we should be out of the reckoning for the play offs with our last 3 results but the fact is we are still clinging in there but to have any chance we need at least 13 points out of the remaining 15 on offer and they must include wins against carshalton,canvey and kingstonian,saying that,if we win those 3 I would be dissapointed to drop points against the other two,we have also suffered from having a small squad due to probably being not as financially well off as many of the clubs around us

I think the problem will be getting a positive result against Canvey, they seem to be getting a bit of form together.

If we can at least a draw there then we've got a chance.

Have to say it's going to be difficult now though.
