Cracking and 110% on the nail report mate! I was gutted with my injury and feel for the gaffer. We had six starters out today injured and also a just turned 16 year old keeper making his first senior start, but credit to the lads filling in, they played fantastic. Especially out little left back who played in centre midfield! The two giant black lads who came on also made impressive first apperances!

Well played to Eversley, only down side was our club officials getting now warm greeting or refreshments before, during and after the game. Other than that well played and good luck for the rest of the season

Just out of interest, who are you 'inmyday'?

Wattsy,Eversley are one of the nicest Clubs that I have had the pleasure to meet.Hospitable ,Friendly,Welcoming, and a nice Clubhouse, which you never visited either by your remarks. In this non free speech society we live in,it is dangerous to say who you are,but I have met inmyday,Danielpjn,2 salt of the earth people.

Peter Eaton and proud of it.

FARLEIGH 4-1 SHEERWATER

Sheerwater started the first half on a high, a few long range efforts went close but didn't trouble Farleigh's goal.

Neavesy11 came closest for Farleigh after his effort ricochet'd off the near post having the Sheerwater keeper beaten.

The breakthrough came for Farleigh after a goalkeeping error allowed Kieran Dias to cross to Spencer9 to eventually put into the empty net.

Sheerwater came back into the game with YoungVeteran making his return to the Arena to face his old side saw his one-on-one attempt well saved by ShiftyOnFire.

After patient build up play from Sheerwater they got the equaliser five minutes from half time. A neat inter play on the wing allowed a cross to find YoungVeteran's head to guide into the far corner and in off the post.

1-1 at half time with Farleigh not playing to their full potential.

Second half was a completely different Farleigh side, mentally switched on & comfortable in possession.

A corner whipped in by BlueAndWhiteArmy found Kieran Dias free at the front post, turn and shoot onto the defenders raised hand. Penalty to Farleigh.

Spencer9 stepped up to the plate but saw his effort very well saved by the keeper.

A penalty shout at the other for Sheerwater was turned down by the referee and the resulting counter attack started by Glads3 found space to feed Gilsey8 who's left footed pin point pass over the Sheerwater left back found Kieran dias one-on-one at an acute angle to drilled home to put Farleigh 2-1 up.

Another break from Sheerwater who were playing patent football saw their long range effort smartly saved by Bull.

Another penalty shout from Sheerwater was once again turned down, this one was more stone wall...

A corner from Farleigh's Neavesy11 found Skipper and "Golden Oldie" Roy Newman free at the far post to put his powerful header past keeper and defender on the post.

With ten minutes remaining substitute young Dan Canning found himself in space after a well won aerial challenge from Sam Blowers landed at Canning's feet, he tricked the defender and slotted home for a comfortable 4-1 scoreline.

Farleigh's second half perseverance paid off, taking their chances and getting bodies in the box.

The Choo Choo continues till the end of the season! Will Farleigh have a say in who win's the league??

Was Nice to meet & have a drink with Loop after, even though he asked before the game for me to "throw one in"

And of course welcoming back Chris (YoungVeteran) to score past me!

Probably not Nicey.

Again, yesterday, Camberley played a team who you'd probably say have nothing to play for.

They gave it their all. It wasn't a great game to watch (despite some football being played on the ground once or twice to everyone's horror!) but Chessington were definitely up for it.

Their goalie pulled off a couple of corking saves, ours had to make a couple as well but I think we just about deserved the win as we created more chances than them. It was close though.

Banstead 4 Croydon 3

Described in NLP as a 4-3 thriller. More of a 4-3 horror show for the managers I think! Banstead 2-0 up in 15 minutes with the Trams defence all over the place. Francis Ameyan made a series of fine saves to keep Croydon nominally in the game by the interval. Six minutes into the second half and it was all over as Banstead went 4-0 up. The only question at that stage was whether they would reach double figures. And then out of nowhere, we suddenly scored 3 goals as Banstead's defence tried to do an impression of the Croydon defence! We couldnt quite keep up the momentum to gain an equaliser, and frankly we didn't deserve it

Disappointing performance from the Trams. Even though the results had been going against us, the performances from the last few weeks had been more encouraging.

Hey ho! Egham next week. With our respective losing runs, that should be a cracker!

Here we go again, one minute your a nice guy the next...Well you can imagine what I'm thinking!!

A FACT for you, you fool! I DID, yes DID go to the clubhouse afterwards, had two drinks and some food that was provided. I even had a brief conversation with Daniel whilst icing my hammy in the dougout and have met him before. YES you are correct, great facilities etc, but like I TOLD YOU, no one greeted our chairman, sec, board members etc before, during or after the game whilst I was there.

Now if I'm not mistaken, clubs should lay on at least a free cuppa for travelling officials? I might be wrong, I know we do it and throw some custard creams in. However our officials asked the lady behind the teabar and she laughed and said no, that'll be £5 please for the five teas, she did do the next lot for £2.50, but that's not the point.

I've made my point, but hey, I don't know anything and never go into any bars/clubhouses after any matches and know nothing...Says the man who has NEVER MET ME :applaus:...I'll close the door on my way out

Wattsy, did your club officials introduce themselves? If not,we would have had no idea they were at the game.

If we had known they were there,we would have obviously laid on some hospitality. Sandwiches were available for visiting and match officials after the game, but I only recognised yourself in the clubhouse after the game.

I also doubt our tea lady would have doubled her prices (cup of tea only costs 50p anyway). Therefore someone might be twisting the truth with that story.

Also our officials weren't offered any hospitality during either of our visits to Feltham in the last couple of seasons. However we didn't moan/expect this though,as we didn't inform your club officials that we were there.

Look forward to showing your club how hospitable we are next season.

PERHAPS I CAN SHED SOME LIGHT ON THE DORKING RESULT AT MOLESEY! IF YOU LOOK BACK AT OUR RECENT FORM YOU WILL SEE 2.2 AWAY TO GULIDFORD 4.1 WIN AWAY TO CROYDON 3.1 WIN AT HOME TO EPSOM 3.0 WIN AT HOME TO BOOKHAM AND A 4.3 LOSS AT ASH, THEN WE LOST FIVE KEY PLAYERS ALL AT ONCE TO INJURY, AND THE RESULTS REFLECTED THAT, I WAS PLAYING FOUR YOUTH TEAM PLAYERS IN ONE RECENT MATCH! HOWEVER FOUR RETURNED ON SATURDAY, MAKING US FULL STRENGTH BAR ONE PLAYER, WHO IS ALSO NOW FIT FOR OUR NEXT GAME ON TUESDAY NIGHT. I THINK STEVE AT MOLESEY WILL AGREE WITH ME, WE MATCHED THEM ALL OVER THE PARK, AND WERE WELL WORTHY OF OUR POINT. IT WAS A VERY EXCITING, CLOSE MATCH, AND I CAN ASSURE YOU MOLESEY PUT IN A FULL SHIFT.

Hi mate. I know they did introduce themselves when we arrived then the rest is from what we heard. There was five of them in total and were in the bar at the end of the game too, so can't commit to what 'exactly' happened.

One thing however, when I went to get some ice, I grabbed a cup of tea and was charged £1, that for sure I know. Maybe a misunderstanding and I didn't question it as 80p-£1 seems the norm for a cuppa. Unless 50p was for the ice? cheesy%20%282%29.gif

yes was at game. looked at the faces, of your side as you lined up in front of stand, it said it all. i think you have summed up the ref, have seen him several times always been the same. think you won the game as you walked off at halftime. ;) as it was not the same south park that came back out.coffee%20%282%29.gif
