In all seriousness please bring along as many people as you can.Children,brothers,sisters,friends,aunties,uncles,parents,grandparents,those that signed the petition, those that didn't,but who were for the scheme.The lot of them would be very very nice...............please ........ & thank you!

Okay we were planning a walk from the railway station to the council offices prior to the council meeting but thats now been shelved so its TURN UP AT 6PM at the COUNCIL OFFICES (Cecil square) please on this night.

 

We really need as many as possible to turn up on the night to show solidaity & support for the club on this issue.

 

Ask those that don't come on the forum & tell those that signed the petition if they would also be able to turn up

 

It is PARAMOUNT that we DO NOT abuse any councilors at any time during the evening. (That bit's going to be very hard for me personally to but on the night even I wil have to hold my tongue).

 

NO FOUL LANGUAGE either please or INSULTS or SNIDE REMARKS. We just need to be there to support the club & to behave impecccably.

 

We can all go into Council chambers to hear whats going on & hear what's being said so you have that to look forward to also.

 

No matter what you hear between now & 21st whether it be positive or negative news (and there may well be some) we MUST STILL try & turn up in numbers.

 

p.s Who has the clubs banner as we need that for definate on the night?.

 

I'm sure M.I.S.A will post a similar post sometime before the night asking for similar.

 

 

Its a night NOT TO BE MISSED so if you can manage to get there (please try to anyway), it would be "MAGIC"!!! ( Well let's hope so eh?)

Had my first candidate call on me today asking for my vote in the local election.

 

Asked him one thing, When it comes to the redevelopment of Hartdsdown Park would he vote for or against the football club.

 

He tried going on about the official party line but asked again how HE would vote. He said in favour of us so will be watching out at the meeting. If he is good to his word then he gets vote in May, otherwise he will be named and shamed

Look i'm sorry but i'm easily confused..What meeting are we attending on the 21st? Have we permission to attend? The reason i ask this is the Planning Meeting is on the Wednesday, not thursday and again i notice the stadium is not on this agenda. So is there a seperate meeting happining on Thursday? Are we going in or what is the plan?

Thank you thats made it clearer. So do i take it we will have access to the meeting irrespective of numbers?

As far as I know its similar to the demo night we had when all or as many as is allowed, taking into account the room space, can listen/watch proceedings.

I recall attending a "consultation" over this at the Queens hall a few years ago'. IF that was the case & I'm not mistaken, why are the council insisting on yet more consultations over this. I thought this had all been done & dusted, this part of procedure.

 

Has the BANNER been located yet........anyone?

If by banner you mean the Large Flag. This is in the stewards hut along with the drum.
