Middleman you are certainly right I was there,along with the Farleigh Faithful,would like to say thank you to Sandhurst F.C.and their Committee for their hospitality on the night.Had the pleasure to meet D.T10,who was awesome at the heart of the Sandhurst Defence,obviously played at a higher level,Terrance Collina, who you will be glad to know is on the road to recovery, and Dad,T.R.S,and my old pal Green Fingers and his son Matt,my kind of people.Duncs the Clubhouse was cosy,and even in defeat,the Farleigh Management and Players stayed for at least ONE HOUR AND A HALF HRS. having a drink,and some food.The OFFICIALS WERE EXCELLENT led by Mr. Sams,the linesman Mr. Pace gave me a few words,that he probably regrets.Sandhurst were deserved winners,and i personally wish them well in the Final.The highlight of the night for me was this Young Lady coming up to me and saying high Smudge,I read the forum regularly,I asked her if she was a Member,NO she replied,but she did relay some information to me that,many posters on here must of known about, but have failed to mention.I remember last year when I was helping Croydon Municipal,that the Chairman Ben McCarthy said to me BARBARA FRIPP Registrations Secretary is the most helpful person in the C.C.L.,and to find out tonight that she has Cancer saddens me,BARBARA GET WELL SOON,MY BEST WISHES ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.PUTS FOOTBALL IN PERSPECTIVE IN MY EYES.
