Seeing as it looks likely that the Hornchurch game was his last, a nice way to thank him for putting up with the Margate for a few months, even if it only ever was until he found something better.

Rob is of course a totally dedicated and loyal Rams fan, following them through thick and thick as they won the Kent League and then got promoted to the Ryman Premier, winning the sought-after crappy Ryman League Cup too. Coincidentally he stopped posting childish rubbish on here when Ramsgate stopped doing well. Funny how when we were in the Conference and the Rams were in about their 40th year of mid-table Kent League mediocrity we never heard a peep out of their fans. Either of them. Our man Colonel Sanderson doesn't even go to games and not sure Rob does either.

Much as I hate having to defend the Ginger Ram he probally has not attended as many Rams games as he has wanted to as he is in the Royal Navy.

He has also been very ill if I am correct & in all seriousness I hope you are feeling much better now Rob. It's just a shame however that you come back well enough to continue on from where you left off on our forum.

So where's he supposed to have gone then Rob as you seem to be the only one in the know. I know Maidstone were after a striker but he wouldn't go there surely. I cant see him making that kind of error at this time.

 

We are a team that are now more-or-less on the brink of just going through the motions, (though I'm sure the players and management wouldn't want that to be said or be believed), picking up the odd point here & there just to make absolutely sure we are safe.

 

If any player decides to leave before the end of the season then I doubt too many will be sobbing their hearts over it. Those players(if any) will have done themselves proud & helped us in the process.

 

I know my personal enthusiasm isn't as it should be right now & to be honest this season has more or less passed us by as far as I'm concerned & I for one am just looking forward,in the main,to next season & a new beginning but with better ground facilities (Fingers still well & truly crossed on that one).

 

We certainly won't get honours this season & relegation looks like being avoided too so the fun will begin again next season.

 

I doubt very much that Shaun will depart before the season ends & even next season for that matter.

 

Oh I'm sure we will be seeing Shaun in our line up for our next game

 

Good try though young Rob.

Cookie please ignore the Gary Lever part of the post, I wasn't supposed to mention that. I would have erased it out of the image if I knew how..

 

Regarding your earlier post, i'm on the mend now thanks, you will all be pleased to know i'm sure. Finger crossed we will be in the same league next season, and i'll be on here more regularly.

Any edits made by myself are for correcting mis-spelt words (being a perfectionist) or to include something that may have come to mind after the original post . Edits are made for no other reason than that.
