Tonights latest ryman scores

It's going to be difficult to get into the playoffs from here. Two key games against Kingstonian and Canvey to come.

I think we've suffered from squad size, we're lacking options in certain areas which you can put down to finances.

Getting the club on an even footing financially and perhaps pushing forward next season may well be the way forward.

TBF with the turmoil off the pitch that had to be sorted, still being in contention for a play off place is a credit to Colin and his staff imo

Im sure with the contacts and know how Colin has, if players are available and within budget he (and manager) will improve the squad when they see fit

At least you know next season HX are going to be plying their trade.......Ryman Prem or BSS remains to be seen

Good luck on the 'run in'.

TBH that is a good point lolI think the fans get frustrated as we know the potential of the team, this is a team that only a month after being hammered 7-1 away at tonbridge beat them 3-1 in the reverse in a game which was actually more one sided in our favour than the reverse in tonbridges favour. We have also beaten Bury away, once again in a game that was equally one sided in our favour, and only a little over a week ago made Sutton look very ordinary. When we get performances like that at Hendon last Tuesday, that is what frustrates the fans. But as you say we are lucky to have a club and to be plying our trade in the Ryman prem or BSS next season.I just think on our day we are one of the top 5 sides in this league.

To be honest,we should be in a much better position than we are now.

We still have some winnable games,in fact i can see us winning 4 out of our last 6 games, and should we draw the other two i am sure we would get to the play offs

Next 6 games.

Horsham away WIN

Carshalton home WIN

Canvey away Draw but winnable

Kingstonian at home Winnable

Aveley away Win

Maidstone at home Win

To be honest the games against horsham, carshalton, aveley & Maidstone should all be 3 points but as we have seen we have struggled against two of those sides recently. The negativity is that against sides in recent weeks that we should have beaten,we have dropped points and the others around us seem to be picking up points with more regularity than they were a month ago.Saying all that our run in is probably the best but we will need an extra point because of our poor goal difference, also we should of been vying for a home game in the semis where unless we win 5 out of 6 this looks like being an away tie at best but lets wait and see.

If we play like we did at Harrow/Hendon etc then these are my predictions....if we play like we did against Cray/Sutton then we could possibly win them all.

Horsham away WIN - Draw

Carshalton home WIN - Draw

Canvey away Draw but winnable - Draw

Kingstonian at home Winnable - Lose

Aveley away Win - Draw

Maidstone at home Win - Win

It may just help us that we only have to play saturdays, with exception of the Aveley game.

If we win tomorrow,i am sure the majority of us will be more upbeat as we have a good record at home recently, even if we have had to scrap for those points.

If we win the next two games then the Canvey game becomes absolutely massive but anything from that game will be considered a good point/points.

Then after that we have 3 very winnable games,am sure we can do it but Saturday is a massive game and i wont be there, gutted

And another goal in the away matches at Folkestone and Maidstone would have put us level with Tonbridge, that's how close it is.
