Enfield for the Title

Said about a month back, Enfield looked the stronger of the title contenders and looks as if I was right.

 

Heard a rumour though, that there may be a problem with them going up, anyone know anything?

Common knowlege we have to replace the stands thet etfc take whe they leave at the end of the season and that is all in place as the League and FA know so no problem with going up but we have to win the league first

With it looking certain that 2 sides will go down from R1N this year - Leyton already gone and Waltham Forest (likely) , surely 2nd will be enough for Enfield ? I know it wasnt enough for Witham but then only VCD left the R1N last year

12 sides will be promoted from the 14 step 5 leagues,therefore you can win the league and still not go up,the only way a second placed team would go up is if there are three step five champions who cant be promoted.
