With the departure of Iain O’Connell last week, the players were offered the opportunity to leave the club if they wanted to. Jamie expressed a wish to move on, and Dartford wanted to sign him.

 

I find that quite interesting and 'unusual.

 

Ok-some players do leave if their'favourite'manager moves on;but is it unusual to almost invite them to do so ?

 

Quite a bold move by MFC.

 

Does it tell us that others are relatively content/not ready to move yet/or was it adesigned to see how much 'support ' IOC actually had from the players.

You might have known Alan,others might have known but its news to me.I did notice him not taking goal-kicks but didnt know the reason why or that he would be unfit for Saturday. I do now.Thank you for your response.

 

Lets hope Laurence Ball gets the ok to play as we have missed him at the back.

Well I have been told it is a Hernia problem but seeing some of the humourless talk on this forum it probally is a GRIN Strain.

 

 

As for the silence over his injury this has probally been maintained to keep it hidden so that oppenents could not benefit from it.
