Never spoken to Mr. Dipre in my life,think you ought to live in the real world,so the Players Budget that has kept Carshalton in the higher echelons of the Ryman Premier has not cost him a penny.The Ground improvements that has turned Colston Ave. from a Ramshackle run down ground into what it is now,a very welcoming ground from the Car Park to the Loo's has not cost him a Penny.Who owns the ground,is it not the Local Authority,(although I do stand to be corrected on this as I am not 100% certain)so he cannot build on it in anyway.So by my reckoning who would buy his shares,what would he be selling.Has he not set up involvement with the Community Schemes re:- Younger Children being able to play adjacent to the Club,thus bringing them into the Club as a whole,thats a first and to be Welcomed.I speak from experience as I used to run an U16 side who called themseves Carshalton Athletic 13 years ago,we played our Home Games in Mitcham,but were not allowed in the Clubhouse for Meetings,end of season do's etc.I think that has changed now also.You cannot live on your past History we are in the year 2011,Money has to be made from other revenue streams bar Football,you have already confirmed how selfish you are,by informing us that you do not use the Loo's,this tells me that you do not partake of a Cup of Coffee,or a Beer or 2 in the Clubhouse,unless of course you have a very strong bladder.As for your unofficial Carshalton Website,which I must tell you I was banned from during Hayden Birds (I have won nothing) reign as Manager,I did not hear you moaning when you almost made it too the Conference South,with what must of been a very BIG BUDGET,Funded by Mr. Dipre for sure oh and his shareholders.Must say your songs the other night did make me Laugh,likening your Manager to Gaddafi was a poor shout though,all you are going to achieve is getting banned from the ground,which you want!!!!!!!!!!!! Which in my mind,I would do if I was Mr.Dipre,or as your all so loaded set up A.F.C. Carshalton as a breakaway Team.

The fact is any money that has been spent has been the companies money,,,yes the company did raise the capital by selling shares to him but it's the companies money! ...It's a technicality and one that both you and he fail to grasp....He is not the company...as a Ltd. company it has it's own legal entity.You are correct the ground is owned by the council, although I fail to see the relevance in that. Who would buy his shares? In fact he had a very sizable offer for his shares a year ago, an offer that would have made him almost 100% profit on his shareholding. I agree alternative revenue streams do have to be found but little point in upsetting all the potential customers. Interesting that you avoided all my other points though or is it you can't defend the indefensible?

Companies,reason when they overspend and cannot pay their bills they go Bankrupt.Thus shafting their Creditors like many have done over the years.I do not agree with what they do though,but it saves the Committee Members from losing their houses etc. The ground being owned by the Council is of vast importance,it means the Company cannot sell the Land for Housing or a Supermarket like many Clubs grounds have had happen to them.BECAUSE THEY LEASE IT NOT OWN IT.You amaze me with your statement that Mr.Dipre was offered a 100% profit, but as you say 'who would buy his shares' a MADMAN my guess.As for being banned from your forum,unlike this Forum you can question the norm,unlike the Robins one there was a time, that everything in the garden was rosy,and anti posts were not liked.So people were banned,not by Mr. Dipre,but by Mr. Bird just giving your Moderator a call. but not Mr. Bean who I do not see on your Forum now.I will answer your other questions on my next post.

Ever heard the expression "All fur coat and no knickers"? Too many people only see whats on the surface....exactly what he wants people to see.

 

Dear boy you still fail to understand that although Dipre may own the majority of the shares he is NOT the club, either in a legal or moral sense.

 

As a businessman let me explain what the loan means. It's important to look, not at what he's done but the potential reasons behind it. The loan was made on the agreement that it would be converted to equity by December 2010 at the latest. This has not been done.....another lie! He is hardly likely to call in a loan whilst he is at the club but if and when he leaves/is forced out he can then call in the loan. Should the company be unable to repay that sum he can, and I suspect will, apply to have the club placed in the hands of the administrators. He is vindictive enough to do just that....If I can't have my toy no one can syndrome.

It's his insurance policy

 

Why, when on all previous occasions he created and purchased equity, has he made the company a loan? It's not rocket science...and in fact the amount involved is a fraction of what he holds in equity so if he should lose all ( or only get back a fraction of the original capital) I suspect he wont care. The very senario you disagree with.

 

A sugestion...Stop drinking it's stopping you doing joined up thinking

Not a drop of liquor has passed my lips since Tuesday night,I have been a good boy.You raise a very interesting point regards the loan,but blame only one man for the certain future mess your Club will be in,is there not a Committee/Board of Directors at Carshalton that meet to discuss the future of the Club at Meetings.Why have you as supporters not abused them for their actions in not reigning Mr. Dipre in, in

what he has done.Reason,Every Club loves a benefactor who spends large amounts of his cash on living the dream,so all the time he is doing this they are not going to complain,but when things go t*ts up,they say they were not aware,a la.
