Too many?

How many members of Management team do you have on your bench? At Staines Lammas there's 4. A manager, Assistant, Coach and GK coach with 4 different views and opinions and I've noticed that sometimes they all could be intructing the team to do different things, which makes the team confused. Is 4 too many at this level of football?

I would question why the GK coach is having an input to the direction of the team unless the manager has said they can.

I don't find it that bad, did at the beginning of the season but would prefer just 2 people talking!

Clunk an nathan were the duo who first won us the league have much respect for pair of them in that season one rule .............dont fix somthing that aint broke!!!

Me and Pat are the quiet ones as we know that instruction should only come from one or two voices, if any body has ever seen me manage they would realise that I am very vocal, very encouraging and very fat! Lol!
