Hello guys ive decided to join this Forum after having such good reviews of it by a couple of friends on here. My local team is Staines Lammas and i know some of the boys are on here but dont no yet who they are but im sure there tell me soon. I heard the banter on hear is pretty good so im looking forward to getting invovled in it. I also here that the forum hets a team together and plays matches for charity which id like to say id be very intrested in contributing,

hello Smudge, It was a massive win for Lammas against our rivals Bedfont, totally deserved in my opinion, i maybe abit biased. It sort of topped off a poor season for Staines this year, the big games Staines always have the effort there to win the games, this year maybe theyve been unlucky in some of the big games not to win or at least nick a draw i.e Farnham amd south park at home but no disrespect but it been the smaller teams weve struggled with. As for Bedfont theres no denying there a top team with great players and im sure there go up but in the two games we,ve played them this year they really aint turned up. why? i dont know. maybe having not much to play for this year, Lammas wanted to prove they can still cut it with the big boys because on this seasons evidence they havent been able too. There wasnt too much innit really bedfont had a few chances as did we, only difference we scored. From a Lammas point of view hopefully this is the first stepping stone to rebuilding for next season. with games like Warlingham, WP, South park and Farleigh still to play, youd say if staines could come out of that with a few wins and draws then maybe it would give them great confidence coming into next season. So just going back to other posts ive just read then yes theres ALOT TO PLAY FOR STILL!!!!!!!!!!!
