Sorry totally c*cked up the league positions tonight are ( games played then points) Hitchin 34 72 Arlesey 30 67 Daventry 28 60 Rugby 34 58 Biggleswade 29 55 Leighton 30 53 Slough 30 52. so we are 7th.

Football is a confidence game, and after their massive unbeaten run, Hitchin seem to be in panic mode and in clear danger of hitting the self-destruct button. Looks like it's Arlesey's to lose now with Hitchin to play them twice still.

We musnt forget that Hitchins recent glitch has come when John Frendo the leagues highest scorer has been suspended He will be back on Tuesday and I think Hitchin will find form again they dont have Tuesday games after this Tuesday so will be playing on Saturdays teams who have played on the previousTuesday This must be an advantage.

Unfortunately for Hitchin Frendo is no youngster and is not the fittest of specimens and might just take him a few games to get up to scratch which they can ill afford.
