Thats 3 of our best players, all midfielders, (marsden, saunders, Stubbs))who have now left and not been replaced! Maybe the clubs financial position is more dire than we are led to believe! Bit of a gamble as we're not quite safe from relegation yet.

Agreed Wade, definitley must be more to it, crazy why the club would let him go, and i'm sure Dan wouldnt of just left unless promises made to him had been broken, etc.....im just speculating of course, i don't know what has happened

As blue balls posts losing all of your midfield players (marsden,saunders,stubbs ,keister) and not replacing any is minimally'casual' in my opinion;since as one or two others suggest-we are not 'safe yet'; and i am anticipating a losss today,which will set panic in amongst players and supporters alike.

 

varying circumstances dictate why the players left but is not the mangers role to be 'one step ahead'

 

 

That given-now is the time to build for next season.

i wonder what danny's summer plans are-is he off to Iceland again ?

 

is it sensible therefore to retain a player you will lose for at least a quarter of the season ?

Short term-is there anyone in reserves who can step up to the plate-Dan Lagiano springs to mind.
