Releasing or not releasing,that;s the question!

It has been since Bobby Moore times the last time an Essex County Youth rep side won something and frankly it is annoying me now.A lot of clubs don't allow their good u'18s players to represent their County so that poor manager is left with a weak side compared to what other Counties can field.It's a shamble because I believe Essex is an hot bed of football and should do themselves justice out there on the football pitch.So greedy pony managers do me a favor let that good youngster play for his County if sometimes the fixture clashes with your own games.I had enough of this!Fine the clubs or deduct points if they drag their heels!

i know that clubs dont release players for League Representative matches because the Rep side is normally managed by a Manager from within that League so they are worried about the boys being poached.Would have playing for your County would be seen as quite a honour.
