Ellers trees are in an temporary fence in place we have i would say one of best facilities in league with more developing going on!

What happened yest at frimley seems like the wheels have fallen off nice guy seems a good phone call ;)

Surely there has to be a change at the helm ??

YEP SAW THAT NEWBY, ANOTHER 2-1 LOSS FOR THE LAMMAS. I ASSUME THE MOVE TO ASHFORD WAS BECAUSE THEY FANCIED THEIR CHANCES OF PROMOTION THIS SEASON AS THEY COULD NOT GET LIGHTS AT THEIR OWN GROUND ? CLEARLY NOTHING GONE TO PLAN THERE SO REALLY IT COULD BE SAID THAT MOVING WAS A WASTE OF MONEY, BUT I DO UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND THAT THEY HAD TO DO SOMETHING SHOULD THEY WANT TO BE PROMOTED.

IT WAS THAT THEY HAD A SEASON OR TWO WINNING THE CCL DIV. 1 BUT COULDN'T GET PROMOTION BECAUSE OF THEIR FACILITIES, BUT NOW THEY HAVE THAT LAMMAS HAVE FAILED TO PRODUCE, HOW IRONIC.

ELLERS YOU MAY FIND THAT BEING AT ASHFORD WHICH IS A DECENT CLUB, GROUND AND PITCH, OTHER CLUBS WHO VISIT FANCY IT AND RAISE THEIR GAME HENCE THE UNDER-PAR SEASON. IT COULD ALSO BE DOWN TO MY TOPIC THAT CLUBS IN YOUR LEAGUE POSITION YOUR SEASON HAS FINISHED, AND PERHAPS THE PLAYERS KNOWING THEY HAVE NOTHING TO GO FOR JUST WANNA SEE THE SEASON OUT KNOWING FULL WELL THAT THEY CANNOT GET RELEGATED.

SO ELLERS I'M STILL HERE WAITING THAT CALL.......... BUT SORRY I AM EXPENSIVE THO' ..........LOL !

Thought that it was the worst Lammas team I have seen in years yesterday. No creativity up front or in the midfield. Defence still looked ok. Frimley Green did not put up a great performance but just worked harder than Staines. I believe Lammas are in the, nothing to play for, mentality.

.........NOTHING TO PLAY FOR ?..... MMNNNN THAT RINGS A BELL SF. AS FOR MY PREVIOUS POSTINGS, ONE CAN SEE WHY PEOPLE WATCHING ARE NOT GETTING THEIR MONEY'S WORTH, A NON- COMPETATIVE MATCH OF 2 TEAMS WITH NOTHING TO PLAY FOR JUST WAITING FOR THE SEASON TO FINISH,

SF WHY WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SUCH GAMES ? THE COMPETATIVE MATCHES WILL BE WITNESSED WITH CLUBS EITHER INVOLVED IN PROMOTION OR RELEGATION.......

when you have to call eggy to come back and play up front for us then you know were in trouble. had a 5 players out yesterday but still think the outcome would of been the same, its just the way weve been this year. plus they never had there star player playing in the animal!

ANIMAL, PLAYERS HAVE NOTHING TO PLAY FOR AT LAMMAS THATS WHY YOU WILL NOW START TO SEE ''SORRY CANT MAKE IT'' ATTITUDE........ WHEN WILL PEOPLE START LISTENING............. FOR LAMMAS AND THOSE AROUND THEM ARE ALL IN THE SAME BOAT THEIR SEASON HAS FINISHED, YOU CAN EVEN GO BACK TO LAST MONTH INFACT, SO WHAT WE NEED IS TO GIVE THEM SOMETHIONG TO PLAY FOR !

By SF you mean SL NiceGuy? If so he wouldn't be wasting money - he's there helping Frimley who are not yet "safe" from relegation (although I can't see them going down whilst there are still teams in Div 1 without lights)

We played Lammas on Tues and Knaphill previous Sat (who if you look at the table would put them in the same boat) and they certainly wernt playing like they had nothing to play for, so have to disagree with that. I feel with both team that at the start of the season they were most peoples favourites and now with promotion very unlikely i think there playing to prove a point more than anything else. Just look how Knaphill have turned thing around and fair play to them.

THANKS MOLLS, I AM SURE THAT IF THESE CLUBS HAD SOMETHING TO PLAY FOR, I CAN ASSURE YOU THEY WOULD PUT IN AN EVEN BETTER SHIFT. DID SOUTH PARK LOSE BOTH GAMES ? ARE SOUTH PARK IN THE MIX FOR PROMOTION ? .............. I REST MY CASE.

AS FOR KNAPHILL.................MANAGEMENT PERHAPS, SEEMS LIKE THAT TO ME ?

Up and down the country in all levels of football there are many teams who have nothing to play for apart from pride. The story of most competitive sport. As you get to this stage of the season there are less and less teams 'in the hunt', whether that to be champions, promotion, or avoid relegation.

Cobham 0-2 Farleigh rovers. After Wednesdays quater final win over molesey confidence at farleigh was high, cobham started the brighter but couldn't breach the farleigh defence, farleigh then started putting the pressure on with Richie White going close from 25 yards.farleigh front man Kieran dias was giving the cobham defence the run a round with his blistering pace causing them alot of problems, farleigh took the lead in the first half with a in swinging free kick from Johnny Gladwin which was nodded in by Richie White. Second half cobham came out the traps early but yet again couldn't breach the farleigh back line,a neat move down the left from rod Davis lead to farleighs second with rod swinging in a inch perfect cross for top goalscorer Paul Spencer to head in from 6 yards.cobham tried to rally late on but to no avail as farleigh held on for a deserved 3 points setting us up nicely for our semi final against bedfont sports on Wednesday!

Fairly accurate account. Just felt that we were physically outplayed by a much larger Farleigh side and our slick passing and movement that had been on show in the midweek at Feltham just never really got going.

Didn't think your front man caused us a lot of problems as you say and certainly never got in behind us to cause real problems, but then neither side really did that throughout the whole 90 IMO.

No complaints about the result as felt you did more overall to deserve the points.

Have to say, that based on the refs showing in this game the FA have decided that football is no longer a contact sport as some of his decisions against both sides were baffling to say the least (the only one he let go was on me for your first goal)!!!

Was good to see Teffs there and apologies to him for not holding the shot in the first half :bounce: I'll do better next time for you mate!!

Nice Guy,you do talk a load of waffle,to say you are annoying would be an understatement.Lets look at the facts you only do Top 5 teams games, you never watch Div 1,so how can you have an opinion on whether Teams have nothing to play for.Players at any level of Football always compete, when they are playing,be it Premier League or Sunday football, reason most hate losing,to say they are just going through the motions is disrespectful.Have had many people say to me who is this NICE GUY?,who disrespects every other poster by his CAPS LOCK, postings,Do you know who he is?Why is he always putting Clubs facilities down? When he admits he would never go there. But you have your opinions which you are entitled to,but being the faceless person you are, does not help.maybe you should answer your own questions sometimes.Like why am I POSTING ON THIS SITE.

Thought your right for the infringement for the 1st goal, and agree with the comments on the ref,

Jurg78 keeper to keeper that was a stunning save! And I fully agree with the ref's decision on our first goal, 99 times out of 100 it's a foul on the keeper!

A foul on me wasn't given but luckily no goal came from it. Good luck
