Dodgy decisions .....

Recommended Posts

I've been playing for Clapton for around 5 month and witnessed some real dodgy decisions, and we seem to get quite a few Lemons and cherries SOME of them really not deserved as we are not a violent or mouthy team unless provoked!

Do we have a bad reputation or something????

The clapton team of 3 years ago , which was the last one i played against , was a complete set of cuntox's. trappy little fckers with chips on their shoulders . Oh and they were pony too , absolute pony , and their pitch was a death trap . Other than that I loved games there - you were always guaranteed three points , that was the only positive !

Talking about phantom goals and provocations?Judging from what we witnessed Saturday we should tend to agree...grin.gif

A ball that crossed the line moving even the net with the score at 0-1 in the 2nd half with your local linesman missing that completely and a player in a Ryman warm-up suit, warming in front of our dug-out and not behind the linesman from minute 1 till the 25m of the 1st half when the wind-up merchant got a reaction from one of my players and both got sent off....For the rest it was all ok!!!I bet you are that player ain't ya?grin.gif

Certainly am that was me! In my defence the reason why I warmed up so early is because I had a little tightness from the start and I was late for the warm up ... I never said a word to your bench ( I was communicating with our 16 & 17 yro centrebacks) UNTIL i was rudely told to "shut the feck up your doing my nut" at my home ground what a cheek! I resisted the banter that came after.. that something about looking like Chris Rock and then I got told to shut the feck up again all within ear-shot from the lino who also had no problem with me warming up and cajoling my teammates as I WAS warming up behind him ...then to put salt on the wound your player stepped out of the technical area to approach me and step in my face I even tried to draw this behaviour to the linesman but he turned a blinded eye to it so I felt like I had to protect myself and not back down... thats when the referee (who saw nothing) ran over flashing me a cherry first then your player! To say I was disappointed would be a major understatement but I felt a bit better after we equalised as we thoroughly deserved something out of that game. will also be looking fwd to playing you guys next seasonflame.gif

That was me who told you to shut up, because I was fed up with you shouting out boring cliches from about a yard outside our dug out - it was embarassing, just pipe down and do your warm up pal, your banter was terrible..!!!

You then carried on with this poor banter for about 25 minutes until another player responded to your "And What" replies at which point you continued to look rather sheepish until he walked a safe distance away and you replied "And What" again...very creative.

As for talking about Lemon's and Cherry's the only Lemon on here is you...bore off..!!!

It was embarassing OB, if your rubber dub just go about your business - to stand outside our dougout and pipe off for 30 minutes was tedious to say the least. To then walk around the pitch pretending your gonna knock people out was also embarassing.!!

From what the chap was saying it sounds like he got is football knowledge out a kinder egg and couldnt follow the instructions to peice it together..!!

WOW........I have spent 2 days at work, played a game of football, watched a game and been to the gym whilst you was thinking about that response. Good job you look like Chris Rock, because you aint as funny as him...!!

To be honest, it sums you up mate, I told you to shut up because there were about 7 people all thinking you was a right tool 4 yards away. Your response was "Do somthing about it then"....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz........!!!!

The only thing I regret was going to Clapton on a Saturday, the reason why our fella didnt want to have a discussion with you is because your a drip...!!!

Worst team I've played against for a long while. To put it in context, there were 9 outfield changes from the regular line-up so we could be rested for more testing opposition a few days later (the only unchanged player was to get him up to proper match fitness from injury). A few of us went down there and the collection of squad players and under 18's thunped them 4-1. One of the youths said it was easier than any EJA game he'd played in. Clapton have been so poor for so long they shouldn't be in the league. Beaumont Athletic were better than them. And for someone to be so rubbish to only be on the Clapton bench and try to give it the big 'I am' is laughable, by coming on here he's depriving a village of an idiot. Stick to fifa 11 and hanging around outside off licences sonny.

Have to agree with all of you. When we went down there, one of their players and a couple of his 'relatives' kicked off with a young lad from our team as he was walking out of the ground on his own. How brave is that.

The place is unsafe, the pitch is a disgrace and to top it all off their players have been told by someone that they are decent players, so strutt about like arrogant t**ts. Surely Frenford, Mountnessing, Manford Way would be better taking the place of these mugs.................

I think their facilities are appalling. I remember a few years back going there for a game and this is the honest truth , the toilets in our changing room had broken so they left a BUCKET in the corner for us . No word of a lie
