I was just reading the latest age limits and rules about young players at Ryman and ESL level in Italy.It says that 1 player born in 1992,1 in 1991 and 1 in 1990 must be playing for all 90 minutes unless injured and can only be replaced with another young player.So the clubs at step 5 and 4 are forced to look at good young players and must give them a chance.I reckon 4 or 5 young players out of 16 isn't a big deal and can be done over here as well.I know some clubs do that anyway but it would be nice if introduced at ESL or Ryman level in England.What do you think about it?coffee%20(2).gif
