A rich sugar daddy came along to a Div 1 Club,and was prepared to invest £30k+ into kick starting your Club,the aim being to get promotion to the C.C.L. Premier.Your Team would be playing HOME GAMES in front of 400 supporters,who would pay £5 entry fee,but unfortunately your away support would be vitually nil.Your playing strength would be akin to Bridgewaters of the Southern League,or whatever it is called nowadays.Plus the added bonus of being able to pick from the whole Country,not just your local area.Players of the calibre of Ryan Zico Black,played Conference Football,still only 28,would be prepared to play for you.Would you say they would have a good chance of winning Div 1.

Not exactly the same thing, but being local to the Woking area, I think that if you got someone in charge of a club that people wanted to play for and already knew local football, offered a good atmosphere and a chance of enjoying your football, you could get a team together of local players who wouldn’t need much cash if any to play and would be capable of challenging, if not winning Div 1.

 

Obviously there are already a lot of players playing in Division 1 at clubs like Knaphill, Westfield, Sheerwater and Chobham, but there are also a number of players playing at a lower level who should be playing higher. I reckon that there are a number of players from the area who are playing at the same level or higher (i.e. Prem) and are travelling more than they really want to, but do so because there isn’t currently a more local club who have been able to offer this of late. It would be interesting to see how one of the clubs would do if they were able to attract these types of players.

Budget increase in the pipelne,now that £15 surcharge will be put on all Flights ,due to the cost of rising Fuel Costs.My estimate £7500!!!!
