Tight schedule

Recommended Posts

What's your problem Hartley?

Many clubs face this sort of issue and it's been a wet season.

To give you an example, back in the last really wet season of 2000/01, we played on the following dates:

April 3rd, 7th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th, followed by 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th of May.

Does that make you feel a little better

When I was with Canvey our run in was

18th (H), 19th (A), 21st (H), 23rd (P), 24th (A), 25th (A), 26th (A), 27th (A), 28th (A), 29th (A), 1st (A), 2nd (A), 3rd (H), 4th (H), 5th (H)

So we just had the 20th, 22nd, 23rd & 30th April off

I believe that season Hornchurch played twice on one night!
