Tried a Southern Comfort and Archers at Bedford on Saturday. A unique taste sensation!!

 

Gonna try adding the whiskey into the mix this weekend for the Stortford game.

 

Saturday was a laugh. I took some nicely potent home-made Mulled Wine in a flask. I was searched as I went into the ground, and their security guy asked what I had in my bag.

 

"Just a flask," I replied, and showed him.

 

"Fair enough, mate," he said. "Keep you warm at half-time."

 

I asked why there was security on the gate this year, and remarked that it seemed somewhat over the top.

 

"We're just trying to stop people smuggling alcohol into the ground," he explained.

 

I smiled and made my way to the turnstile!!

cheap whiskey C.Z. preferably that bells crap that comes in the plastic half bottles.. hopefully it will be turning colder soon so its medicinal benefits can be better appreciated..

I took my mates rucksack in, I was also asked what was in there, I said a gun, they didn't even bother looking!
