Coachy...bold statement in last night's Echo mate saying that you expect 'Bridge to finish 7th in the table - best finish for the club in a long time if that happens???

 

Outside of the big 4, I am Sure the likes of Manor, Barkingside, Burnham, Eton Manor and Barking will have an eye of a top 6 spot.

 

Often see people speak out in the press and have egg on their faces...Kimble did it a lot at Burnham the previous couple of seasons.

listen JJ,I phoned the tea-boy to tell him what a great [****!!****]-ups he made over the 5 months he has been doing poor Dick's job and saying to him that calling Hullbridge inconsistent was a bit harsh.I added that if we would have won one of our games in hand over teams above us we would be in 7th place and if the saeson finishes tomorrow that would have been the best Hullbridge has done in over 21 years.Let me say the fella is an absolute piss-taker.He makes out he's their top reporter but he's the tea-boy.He's just a ego thing.He's making out that he owns the Echo when he has no power to get things published.Certainly is not in the same class as poor old Dick.

I even e-mailed the editor tired of his [****!!****]-ups about Hullbridge games since the start of the season and he offered to call a truce and give James and the Echo another chance.Nothing has changed Ant....he probably doesn't like Romans!!!!

Coachy.....it's no problem, dont crusify the poor tea boy , I was just winding you up -x-

 

Reading it though, it does come across as a tad arrogant - also as you have five ex Manor players, you should really have been aiming for the top six as Manor finished their previous few seasons in the top six before these players were lured to 'Bridge.
