On entering the ground today Drummer and I were engaged in conversation with a gentleman who turned out to be the refs assessor for todays game. I must admit I cringed at the thought that the ref knew he was there because what would follow was refereeing to the letter of the law just to get a good score. I think it turned out like this as well as i thought the ref did not have a good game. Was it just coincedence or as I just said. Mind you lino was worse our side in second half. Do refs know assessors are there or what. Just interested!!
