Just had confirmation from Knaphill Chairman, Terry Chapman, that the new stand was delivered early this morning and is now in place.

Work on the floodlights starts Monday!

i reckon pre season for Knaphill will be very full with a lot of players wanting to play on a very good surface and at a ground that has the correct grading to get promoted. My money is on Knaphill for promotion next season. applaus.gif

its another tin shed like most clubs got when the fa insisted on clubs at this level get a ridiculous amount of seats, but fair play to knaphill for getting the standard of the ground improved. As many say, it makes the ccl a better league for it. Lets not forget that Westfield are improving their ground as well, ans frimley are making small steps in that direction

You would have to ask Woking Borough Council for the costings and why the stand is positioned where it is?

 

We are merely hirers of the ground, although WBC have been and continue to be very supportive oif all our endeavours.
