Assistant Manager or Coach

Will there be a replacement for John Keister in an a/manager or coaching role? Most clubs at this level have a manager and an assistant. Some have these two plus a coach. I suspect Iain however, will be expected to continue on his own without an assistant.

It's up to Iain how he manages his budget. The directors set the budget but don't mirco manage him with it.

If my memory serves me well,Bob Wainwright, with his bucket of cold water and sponge, was everything and all to the late great Almer Hall! At sometime i think i can remember Phil Winfield and Terry Morris doing the same for Les Riggs in the early seventys! Please correct me if im wrong! Today we have Steve Winkle Winch as Kitman who comes from a strong Thanet footballing family, who has played for the Gate, managed the Reserves in the past ,and also youth teams,. Ian has said in the Local paper, Winkle is very knowledgeable on football, and has been a good help" In such austere times, cut the cloth to suit ,give Winkle his washing machine, and the gaffer the benefit of Winkles past expereance ,through such financialy difficult times!!
