gotta agree Martin not sure how thats good news when we gotta face Arlesley AND the fact if we make the playoffs there is a good chance we would have to play them again. obviously it means Aylesbury will presumably be weaker on Saturday which make help slightly but hardly good that a team higher in the league than us have further strengthened their squad

Yes but id prefer to beat Aylesbury than Arlesey who are a little out of reach. Yes beating both is what we want and I hope we do but better to take the points in a 'six pointer'

Sorry I might be a bit slow here, Arseley have signed Chris Dillon a prolific forward, didnt someone from Arseley tell Warren on Sat that they had NO money and DIDNT want to be promoted!!

That's precisely what I meant. It would be nice to beat Arlesey when we play them but I think it would be safe to make the assumption that Hitchin and Arlesey are out of reach. We need to beat the teams that are around us and Aylesbury losing one of their best players is certainly good news for Saturday's crucial game.
