Well done steve bateman,

 

so easy when Windsor went bust to go and get the strikers and flashy midfielders.

 

Instead he has stuck to his guns and brought in two very good defensive players. Hopefully will help us cement our place in the playoffs and get it right this year...

Really happy with these signings. Think we've needed a solid keeper for the last two seasons. Jacko is a top bloke and has done great for us, but has been in and out the side with Perks over the last two seasons and not quite sure Charlie is ready yet, although he has great potential. Bullivant's a 7/10 steady goalkeeper each week, which is what our defence need and have done for a good while in my opinion.

 

Talking of Ricky Perks, seems he's given up the goalkeeping and playing up front for London Colney by the look of it.

 

Although in one of their reports when he had to go in goal and the report refers to him as a 'stand in goalkeeper'! :-)

 

In other news I see Arlesey have signed Chris Dillon.

I see Arlesey are still splashing the cash, they've also signed the speedy right winger from Aylesbury FC Gareth Price (good news for us).
