A good signing-pity it did'nt happen first time around back in october,but good things come to those who wait.

 

Derek is in my opinion absolutely correct though about the dreal need for a quality central midfield player-thats where most games are won or lost-by keeping possesion.

get a central midfield player and my life will be complete

My obsession with midfield, I think is justified just a shame we can,t get someone to fill the position. Lee Minshull (!) would have been ideal

Good debut.. like many on the forum feel we need a bit more strength in depth in midfield area but Dean clearly quality and allowed curtis to play left wing back. A position he excelled in last night. fantastic team performance

As someone else said last night as we were leaving, the big difference last night was that both strikers were playing as strikers. They were being fed from both wings and not needing to drift out wide to get the ball. That meant that they were where they should be when the delivery was made.
