The club are pleased to announce the signing of Defender Micheal Alaile on dual registration with Braintree Town.

 

Micheal was a key part of last seasons Aveley squad who reached the Ryman Premier Play Offs.

 

Official website will be updated in due course

 

We welcome Micheal to the Brockwell Stadium.

Nothing, I think its just cover in case either Mooro or Easterford get injured whilst Wardy is recovering from his injury. looks like another positive signing.

With Alaile, Wardy recovering and now Halle back we've got some decent cover for Easterford and Mooro should it be required, (not wishing to jinx anything!)

 

With Leon recovered as well it seems Jon Edwards is our only long term injury.

John Edwards is back in light training i believe.

Think Alaile is more of a right back. Played a few games for Concord last month I believe and was previously at Billericay and Dagenham & Redbridge.

He done well for us in the couple he played in !

 

Although the dual registered thing doesnt help when they just pull them back !

 

 

I believe he asked to be called back as he wanted to sign for us.

 

He can play RB or CB and looks a good edition to the squad. He has been training with us for a week or so

I would say that we've got a pretty settled back 4, and imagine that Alaile would be cover for those. I certainly wouldn't drop Dumas, Everett, Moore, or Easterford at the moment, but who knows when a chance will come along.
