3 hours work by the electrician tonight but no joy

How about today, couldn't you have set a cut off point of, say about, 3.00pm to try to resolve the problem rather than just call the game off last night

Yes rhodes we could have done if

 

A, We did not all have to work for a living

B, Did not worry that the officals and Visiting team might be having unnecessary time off of work to get to be able to get to the ground,

C, If we did not worry about the losing money with the prorgamme production, Food etc etc

A brief but interesting report on this one from another's Forum:

Attendance 47

Admission £4 incl prog (but there wasn't a programme, still £4

 

I don't usually enjoy my visits to Clarence Park and this was no exception! The programme that is a league ruling in div 1 was not printed as per a club directive apparently (another fine pending). Entrance by the side gate in case you go and can't get in at the main turnstile. No announcements of teams or anything else for that matter. No refreshments in ground but available in bar. No refreshments for visiting officials they had to buy their own. The game wasn't bad and I was so pleased when Kings Langley scored in the 82nd to win 1-0. St Albans City I wish you no luck in your relegaton fight and If you can't abide or afford the SSML rules then withdraw and take your disrespect to the League and visiting teams with you. Thank you and good night.

For your information Rhodes I spoke to an independent (also user of this forum) who said the decision was correct, just... but was correct. Shame as it was a really good move and finish.
