Now looking forward, it looks like our main contenders for the final playoff place will be Leighton, Biggleswade and Aylesbury.

 

They look like they will be the three teams based on average points so far this season that are between us and fith place.

 

We play Aylesbury at our place next week, however the other two games are in the week up to easter and these could be the deciders.

 

These will be the three to beat and then watch to see how many points they pick up compared to us.

 

Will be an intresting run in, will it be as tight as last year?

I think it will be tight but I think at the moment 3rd 4th and 5th can be won by a number of teams. Too close to narrow down yet. If we keep winning we will be one of the teams there so I think we should concentrate on that and te rest will fall into place

IMO Hitchin will finish first, Arlesey second with Rugby and Daventry fighting it out for third and fourth with Us, Aylesbury, Leighton or Biggleswade filling the final fifth spot.

 

All to play for but our next 2 games against Aylesbury and Woodford could tip the scales one way or another.
